How long does it take to launch my app?

Your branded wellness app can be live within 7–28 days, depending on the package you choose. The Starter package takes about one week, Pro about two weeks, and Elite three to four weeks including setup and testing.

Can the app integrate with my booking or payment system?

Yes. We can connect your app to popular platforms such as Square, Vagaro, Shopify, or Stripe. Integrations are included in the Pro and Elite packages. It can also be purchased as an add on.

Can I make changes to the app later?

Absolutely. You can request design or feature updates at any time. Most updates are included in your monthly maintenance, and larger changes are quoted individually.

Do I pay for hosting or maintenance?

Yes, there’s a $150/month hosting and backup fee that covers secure data storage, updates, and technical support. This ensures your app remains stable and up to date.

What platforms does the app work on?

Your app works on any device with a web browser — phones, tablets, and desktops. You can also choose to have it installed as a Progressive Web App (PWA) so clients can save it to their home screen like a mobile app.

Do you offer marketing or ad management?

Yes. We offer an optional Paid Ad Management Add-On that includes Meta or Google ad campaigns designed to bring new clients directly into your app. Packages start at $500/month (excluding ad spend).

What’s the difference between the Client Portal and Admin Portal?

The Client Portal is for your customers. It includes intake forms, treatment history, and aftercare instructions.

The Admin Portal is for your staff. It includes client tracking, secure notes, photos, and analytics. You can choose one or both depending on your package.

Do I need any coding or tech experience?

No. Everything is built and hosted for you by Cecelia’s Design Studio. You’ll receive simple login access, training, and full documentation so you can manage your app without any technical skills.

Is the app HIPAA compliant?

No. But we can connect to a compliant database for business that require formal compliance when they purchase our Elite package.

However, your app is built with HIPAA style data protection in mind. While it’s not an official EMR, all client data is securely stored with restricted access, encrypted backups, and private admin permissions.
