Digital Product Disclosure

All products sold on this website are digital and delivered via access to a protected TradingView indicator. No physical goods are shipped. Access is granted to the TradingView username provided at checkout. Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.

Monthly Subscription Plan

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Once a billing cycle has been processed, that payment is final and will not be refunded. Access to the indicator will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation or failed payment, access will be revoked.

Annual Subscription Plan

Annual subscription purchases may be eligible for a refund within 3 calendar days of the original purchase date. To request a refund within this period, you must contact support by email. If approved, access to the indicator will be permanently revoked. Refund requests submitted more than 3 calendar days after the purchase date will not be approved. If a refund is granted, access to the indicator will be permanently revoked.

Lifetime Access Plan

Lifetime access purchases are considered final. Refunds may only be considered within 72 hours of purchase if the product is proven to be technically defective or inaccessible due to an issue on our end. Refunds will not be issued based on trading performance, user error, market conditions, or dissatisfaction with results. If a refund is granted, access to the indicator will be permanently revoked.
