Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refund & Subscription Policy
Digital Product Disclosure
All products sold on this website are digital and delivered via access to a protected TradingView indicator. No physical goods are shipped. Access is granted to the TradingView username provided at checkout. Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.
Monthly Subscription Plan
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Once a billing cycle has been processed, that payment is final and will not be refunded. Access to the indicator will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation or failed payment, access will be revoked.
Annual Subscription Plan
Annual subscription purchases may be eligible for a refund within 3 calendar days of the original purchase date. To request a refund within this period, you must contact support by email. If approved, access to the indicator will be permanently revoked. Refund requests submitted more than 3 calendar days after the purchase date will not be approved.
Lifetime Access Plan
Lifetime access purchases are considered final. Refunds may only be considered within 72 hours of purchase if the product is proven to be technically defective or inaccessible due to an issue on our end. Refunds will not be issued based on trading performance, user error, market conditions, or dissatisfaction with results. If a refund is granted, access to the indicator will be permanently revoked.
